Practiced by millions of people over the centuries, Tai Chi has been proven helpful to the health of the body.


The Eastrea Centre Yoga Class started in 2013 and has remained a popular class ever since. It is a branch of Stamford Yoga Ltd and is led by Marcus Parr who has been teaching professionally in the Peterborough area since 2000.

The class is open to all levels and is warm, light-hearted and very friendly. Beginners are always welcome to attend and will be well looked after. There is a different theme each week to keep things interesting such as Classical Yoga, Yoga For Stress Relief, Yoga For Abs, Yoga For Flexibility, Power Yoga, and Yoga With The Chair.
